"Incidents are not caused by humans where accidents are.
The story starts with a car incident. The traffic police arrived at the scene to take the statement of the driver, “Law Yau Hang”, and two witnesses, “Yan Sum” and “Yau Yung”. The traffic police found out Law Yau Hang was his relative and discovered this was not a simple car crash.
As the relationship among the characters progresses with time, like love happens in a sudden moment, the incident starts along with it.
